Angie Fuqua, Executive Director, LBA
Angie Fuqua, Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) received her education from Western Michigan University with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management. She has dedicated her career to helping others so she could share the insight she gained at WMU regarding the effectiveness of ABA evidence-based practices. Angie has over 20 years of clinical experience across diverse diagnoses, populations and ages. Her expertise in ABA has culminated into her current company and the services she provides, focusing on Autism treatment. She is compassionate about providing quality services and employs individuals that share that same passion.
Allison Singer, Clinical Director, LBA
Allison is a lifetime resident of Michigan; she was born in Battle Creek and lived in Kalamazoo before settling in Ann Arbor. She is a 2008 graduate of Western Michigan University and her first position after graduation was as a BCBA at Eisenhower Center in Ann Arbor. It was an incredible opportunity to learn and grow professionally as she learned about behavior analysis with adults. Allison then went on to work as a behavioral psychologist for Washtenaw County Community Mental Health - Developmental Disabilities. This position provided her with the opportunity to learn about Medicaid processes, family systems, case management, DBT, and CBT. She finally landed in EIBI in 2013 and loves her role as clinical director at ABA Insight. In addition to early intervention, she is particularly interested in verbal behavior and natural environment teaching. She also has advanced training in Organizational Behavior Management. Allison loves to travel and spending time in northern Michigan.
Jessica Byarski, Manager of Quality Assurance, Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst
Jessica was raised in Rochester Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University. At WMU Jessica worked under Dr.'s Jim Carr and Linda LeBlanc for the Western Michigan Autism Center. She has worked at Beaumont Health System in their Intense Autism Parent Training Program and under Dr. Doug Moes at Autism Spectrum Therapies as a Positive Behavior Support Specialist in Southern California. She returned to Michigan where she worked as a Behavior Specialist. She then was introduced to the Health & Wellness Management field. She began working as a Health Navigator/Coach. After Michiganders passed a law which mandated ABA treatment for children with Autism, Jessica returned to the field and was offered the position of Supervisor of Autism Services at Genesee Health System (GHS). During her time at GHS, Jessica acquired many Operations and Management skills. These skills led to her current position, with ABA Insight, as the Quality Assurance Manager. Jessica is enjoying her position with ABA Insight, as it places emphasis on having a warm, collaborative, caring culture for both employees and clients. She now lives in Grand Blanc with her two daughters.
Abigail Schonfeld, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Master Social Worker
Abby grew up in Brooklyn, MI and has been a lifetime Michigan resident. Abby graduated from Albion College with a bachelors degree in Anthropology, Sociology and French. Abby then enrolled and graduated from the University of Michigan with a master’s degree in Social Work and from Western Michigan University with a master's degree in Behavior Analysis. She has worked in the psychology field in direct care with developmentally disabled adults and in individual counseling with children who experienced trauma. She is currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Licensed Master Social Worker for ABA Insight. When not at work, Abby loves to spend time up north with her dog, Millie, finding and collecting rocks from the Great Lakes. Abby also helps put on theater productions such as The little Mermaid at her old high school, Columbia Central High School.
Amanda Kraus, Licensed Behavior Analyst
Amanda Kraus is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan. She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University. Amanda began her career working with youth-of-all-ages at her local YMCA as a day camp counselor and a substitute teacher for the Monroe County Public Schools. In 2014, Amanda began working as a Behavior Technician for an in-home ABA therapy company. She was immediately impressed by the positive impact that ABA had on her clients and their families. She looked forward to teaching her clients more life-changing skills. After learning that there was a shortage of ABA professionals in her hometown, she decided that it was time to go back to school and become a BCBA herself. Amanda currently resides in Monroe with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs. Some of her hobbies include; playing designer board games, interior design/refinishing furniture, and watching historical/period dramas.
Ashley Rich, Licensed Behavior Analyst
Ashley is a life-time Michigander. She grew up in the thumb of Michigan playing a variety of sports throughout her educational career. She attended Central Michigan University until 2015 when she graduated from CMU with her Bachelors in Psychology. She then moved to the Ann Arbor area and began working with Early Intense Behavioral Intervention clients. She worked for the Autism Collaborative Center at Eastern Michigan University as a Behavior Technician. While working she continued her education by enrolling at Wayne State University. She graduated in 2018 with her masters in Educational Psychology. She officially became a BCBA in February of 2019. Ashley loves the field of Autism Treatment and enjoys working with her clients. She is currently working on training in Organization Behavioral Management. Ashley is an avid runner and marathon participant. She is a "The Office" fan. She lives in Washtenaw county with her fiance and cat.
Jessica Morrison, Licensed Behavior Analyst
Jessica grew up in Walled Lake, Michigan. She attended the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign obtaining her Bachelors in Psychology with a child development focus. After graduating in 2001, she worked in Illinois as a case manager at a residential facility for men living with developmental disabilities. She moved back to Michigan to attend Wayne State University. There she obtained her Masters in Counseling with a focus on School and Rehabilitation Counseling. She began working in public schools in 2007 as a paraprofessional. After graduating with her masters in 2009, she continued working in the schools as a paraprofessional, Title 1 coordinator and substitute counselor. She went back to school for her Behavior Analyst Degree in 2012. Jessica is a fan of soccer and closely follows Tottenham Hotspur FC. She lives in Ann Arbor with her partner, 2 kids and 2 cats.
Katherine Vincent, Licensed Behavior Analyst
Katherine Vincent has been a resident of Michigan most her life and grew up in the Ann Arbor area. She attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Psychology. While attending Eastern Michigan, Katherine worked under Dr. Catherine Peterson in the Pediatric Psychology Research Lab. She presented at the Society of Pediatric Psychology’s annual conference in 2017 and wrote her thesis on Neurocognitive Late Effects. Katherine began working in ABA in 2016 as a Behavior Technician and quickly realized she loved the field of ABA and the impact it made in the lives of the families and clients she worked with. Participating in research and the psychology community during her undergraduate degree allowed Katherine to begin focusing on ABA during her early studies and develop a love for the study of behavior. After graduating from Eastern Michigan, she enrolled at Ball State University and earned her Master of Art in Applied Behavior Analysis. After graduating, Katherine earned her certification as a BCBA and is now working as a Program Behavior Analyst at ABA Insight. Katherine loves working with clients of all ages and has a passion for EIBI clients. Some of Katherine’s hobbies include: watercolor painting, traveling, kayaking and hiking.
Samantha Wolf, Program Area Manager
Samantha was born and raised in Pinckney Michigan. She graduated from Michigan School of Professional Psychology with her Masters in Clinical Psychology. Her first position was working as a Community Living Supports Clinician providing in home support for children and teens with autism. Samantha had a strong interest in neuropsychological testing and gained a position working along side a Neuropsychologist. During that time she conducted a variety of tests with clients, which lead them to a diagnosis. Because of this experience, Samantha wanted to be more involved in the treatment aspect of autism and thus went back to school to obtain a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated from University of Northern Texas with a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. Samantha currently working on her board certification in ABA. She loves being a mom and enjoys playing golf.
